When you publish an event on Abundo, you can choose how our members will check in.
Guest List
If you choose the guest list option, you’ll receive an email with a digital guest list and an attached PDF once we close the booking on Abundo. You then use that list to check in our members on site.
E-Tickets
When the booking closes, you send the booked number of tickets in a single order from your ticketing system to us. Our system then receives, reads, sorts, and distributes the tickets to each Abundo member who booked. We’ve built our own solution to ensure that members who booked two tickets are seated next to each other (as far as possible) – and it works with tickets from any ticketing system. This way, our members arrive with tickets that can be scanned just like your regular visitors’, with no extra handling required on site. Smooth and simple!
Need to change the check-in method for an event that already has bookings?
No problem! When you switch the method, booked members are immediately informed by Abundo via push notification, SMS, and email – so they’ll know whether tickets will be sent or if their names on the guest list are sufficient. 😃
